Our Rate Structure is as follows:

Bookkeeping $100/hour
Rush Bookkeeping $150/hour
Payroll $100/hour + software fees
Sales Tax Returns $130/hour
Statements of Information $130/hour
Entity Set-up, General Accounting $130/hour

 

Work performed by our tax professionals, CTECs, and EAs:

Minimum charge for returns $250
Form 1040 & 540 $250/hour
Corporations, Partnerships & Trusts $250/hour
Consultations, i.e. Tax Planning $300/hour

Hourly rates are charged whether work is performed in-person, via phone, via email, etc.

 

We reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of:

Postage and Supplies for mailing items on your behalf

Copying/Printing extra sets

Express shipments

$41 for each individual state return other than your home state and $46 for each business entity return other than your home state.

 

We accept cash and checks but we do not accept credit or debit cards. However, we can process a payment from your bank account using your routing and account numbers.

    From Santa Barbara: Exit 101 South at Linden Avenue. Turn right on Linden, then left on Carpinteria Avenue, then left on Eugenia Place.

     

    From Los Angeles: Exit 101 North at Casitas Pass Road. Turn left on Casitas Pass, then right on Carpinteria Avenue, then right on Eugenia Place.

    We are located at the end of Eugenia Place. Turn right into the last driveway. We are in the first building.
